The cPanel user name & password are same as
your FTP details.
Keep the user name & passwords safe.
It is adviced to change the password after
receiving from Tech Freedom Online by clicking on change
password link.
You might not be able to access your control
panel if port "2082" is not allowed in your network. Few DSL
connections and company networks keep all ports closed. In
this case you must contact them to enable it.
You might not be able to access your control panel if your
connectivity is slower.
If you access as www.yourdomain.com/cpanel it will take
minimum upto 48 hrs to reflect from the time of registration
of the domain to access your cPanel.
If your user name or password is wrong, you will not be able
to access your cPanel.
If your account is suspended due to excess bandwidth usage
or server usage, your access will be suspended.
